It was an amazing journey down the memory lane, but this time I drove a rented car from Avis. Just the two of us, like the days we used to spend entire nights on the terrace of our house in Kerala talking about almost anything under the sun, we talked and drove through a country thousands of miles away from the landscape we were born in. If you have a sibling who is more of a best friend for you, you know what I am talking about.
( This is the long overdue second part of my Canadian caper, I had written this first paragraph eons ago and got too lazy to write the rest, inside the cut is a half hearted attempt to complete it, just for the sake of finishing a chore. )
p.s – There is an informative(infact quite stunning and well shot) new documentary about John Kerry called Going Upriver: The Long War of John Kerry, its available for download at http://www.thekerrymovie.com/, will be in theaters soon if it hasn't come yet(was released on Oct1) and this is the IMDb page. It is taken by the same man who made Arnold Schwarzenegger's first movie - quite a coincidence, huh!
